Previously, Candela served as a Human Resources Representative at Axter Software Solutions and led the human resources function at Allscripts dbMotion, where efforts included advising on international business partnerships and supporting project management and technical training. Candela began the career as a Human Resources Specialist at Adecco, where responsibilities included maintaining vendor relations and sourcing IT resumes. Candela holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Buenos Aires.
