Sviatoslav Kobylchenko started their work experience in 2007 at PJSC Swedbank, where they served in various roles including chief specialist of the debt recovery department, head of problem loans analysis unit, and specialist of problem loans analysis unit. In 2010, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as the senior analyst-deputy head of SME portfolio management team, where they managed credit portfolios, participated in projects, and handled reporting and budgeting. In 2017, they moved to Credit Agricole Ukraine as a Business Analyst in the Department of Projects and Innovations, where they identified business needs, collaborated with stakeholders, and managed requirements communication. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Glorium Technologies as a Business Analyst, responsible for eliciting and validating requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and participating in Scrum ceremonies. Sviatoslav currently holds the role of Business Analyst at upSWOT, starting in 2023.
Sviatoslav Kobylchenko has a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, and economics. From 2002 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Politechnic" in the Institute of Applied System Analisies, specializing in computer science, mathematics, and economics. Additionally, from 2002 to 2006, they completed another Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university.
