Bob Montanari

Bob Montanari is an experienced general manager with a robust background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Glory Days Grill since September 2020, Montanari has previously held key management roles at Taverna Agora and The Grill at Silvermine, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer service, as well as maintaining full P&L accountability. Notably, Montanari played a pivotal role as Managing Partner at Brewhouse Restaurant, implementing strategies that significantly enhanced performance, and served as General Manager at Ed Debevic's, where efforts focused on improving systems and customer satisfaction. Montanari's educational foundation was established at Cape Cod Community College.
