Gary Cohen

Gary Cohen has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and Franchising as well as Executive Vice President of Operations at Glory Days Grill since September 2006. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Glory Days Grill and President at That's Amore Restaurants from January 2003 to August 2005. Additionally, Gary served as Vice President of Operations at Vie de France from January 2000 to December 2003. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from SUNY Oneonta, earned between 1975 and 1979.
