Caeara Coleman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caeara started their career at Matrix Success Network in 2019 as a Coach, where they specialized in helping entrepreneurs and salespeople achieve financial success. During their time there, they focused on helping individuals in various fields turn their annual income into their monthly income. In 2021, Caeara joined Athena as an Onboarding Coach, where they provided support and training to Philippines-based EAs, ensuring consistent high performance and addressing any performance or quality issues. Prior to that, they were a member of Young Dream Chasers, a movement aimed at empowering individuals through entrepreneurship. Here, they championed the cause of pursuing one's passions and creating financial freedom. Most recently, Caeara worked at GlossGenius as a Manager of QA and Enablement. In this role, they managed a team of associates, conducted weekly check-ins, and provided coaching and training to ensure high-quality customer support. Caeara also reviewed texts, emails, and phone calls to assess the level of support being provided.

Caeara Coleman (CGSP) obtained their Associate's degree from Sullivan University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the field of hospitality and management. In November 2015, they acquired the Certified Guest Service Professional certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and also completed a certification in Hospitality Management from the same institution. In May 2015, they obtained a certification in Culinary Arts from the ProStart Program. In March 2016, they received a certification in Bar and Beverage Management from the National Restaurant Association. Moreover, in May 2016, they completed a certification in Convention Service and Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation.
