Michelle Xie

Michelle Xie is an experienced product designer specializing in growth and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at GlossGenius since September 2025, Michelle previously contributed to Klaviyo as a Product Designer, where notable achievements included doubling onboarding success for the Klaviyo Reviews product. Prior to Klaviyo, Michelle worked at SimpliSafe as a UX Designer, focusing on user interaction with home security systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Up2Code as a UI/UX Designer and as a Product Design Intern at Kangaroo, where Michelle led user research initiatives. Additional experience includes internships in graphic design and digital marketing. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University, graduating in 2020.
