Nicaela Rivera

Nicaela Rivera is a Senior Product Designer at Zendesk, where responsibilities include designing for product-led growth and leading design for features that have achieved adoption resulting in over $3 billion in annual recurring revenue. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Designer at Target, where Nicaela led research and design for store operation tools across over 1,600 locations and contributed to various retail projects, as well as working as a UX Designer focused on retail experiences for digital products. Nicaela began the career as a Digital Content Associate at Consensus, a Target company, managing product catalog content and supporting development teams. Nicaela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
