Tracie Masek

Tracie Masek is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in both engineering management and technical development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend at GlossGenius since September 2024, Tracie previously held the position of Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Baton, where responsibilities included team management, agile ceremonies facilitation, and the development of a project management platform using technologies such as React, GraphQL, and Python. Tracie's experience also encompasses a rigorous software engineering education at Flatiron School, as well as significant contributions to New York University in various capacities, including Assistant Director of International Faculty Services and Research and Assessment Analyst, focusing on leadership, project management, and data analysis. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Ohio University.
