Karen Lee

Karen Lee has held a variety of roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Karen is currently the Founder and CEO of Glou Beauty. Prior to this, they were a Fellow of the 2022 Cohort at The Capital Network, a CRM and Marketing at RxFulcrum Inc., a Business Analyst and Project Communications Lead at LVMH, a Business Analyst Internship at Pellas Group - Compañia Licorera de Nicaragua, an External Consultant at Ivey Business School at Western University, a Digital Marketing Intern at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc., a Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions, and a Head Instructor of the Wet Feet Program at Port Credit Yacht Club. At Anthropologie, they were a Sales Associate and Visual Sales Associate where they exceeded daily team sales targets and oversaw merchandizing and inventory management. Karen was recognized for their outstanding inventory management and customer service.

Karen Lee's education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School in 2012, a Bachelor of Arts in Art Karen'story from Western University in 2014, a Master of Science in International Business from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2016, a CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2017, and a MiM in International Management from Università Bocconi in 2017. Lee also has several certifications, including National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Certified from the Coaching Association of Canada in 2011, CANSail 3&4 Instructor + Wet Feet & Chutes and Wires from Sail Canada~Voile Canada in 2011, Boat Rescue from Lifesaving Society Ontario, Emergency First Aid CPR C from Canadian Red Cross, and The Second City's The Improv Program A-E from Second City Training Centre.
