Laura Sen

After a career spanning nearly 40 years in the retail industry, Laura devotes her time to serving on the boards of non-profit, government and for-profit organizations.

In her final role, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of BJ’s Wholesale Club from 2009-2016. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and is a native of Wakefield, MA. Her current boards include Mass Mutual, Burlington Stores and Massport as well as the Pine Street Inn, where she served as Chairwoman, the Boston Ballet and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Her former directorships include BJ’s Wholesale Club, EMC, rue21, Abington Savings Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
