Matt Fusco

Matt Fusco has extensive experience in education, currently serving as School Principal at Gloucester Public Schools since July 2013, where leadership is focused on an innovative co-teaching model and fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for over 230 students and 35 staff members at the East Veterans School. Prior to this, Fusco was Principal at Great Oak Elementary School in Danvers Public Schools from July 2005 to June 2013, overseeing 370 students in grades K-5. Fusco began a career in education as a Grade 5 Teacher at Chelsea Public Schools from September 1995 to June 2005. Educationally, Fusco holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Anselm College.
