Alan Bullock

Alan Bullock is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and highway improvement schemes. Since October 2018, Alan has been serving as the Project Manager for Major Projects at Gloucestershire County Council, where responsibilities include commissioning safety and highway improvement schemes, budget monitoring, and overseeing project delivery. Previously, Alan held positions as a Project Manager/Supervisor at Amey and Assistant Project Manager at both Skanska and Atkins, where skills in project management, bid writing, and team collaboration were developed. Alan holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1997 and 2002.
