Helen Black has over a decade of experience in the public and voluntary sectors, currently serving in a commissioning role at Gloucestershire County Council since January 2020. Prior to this position, Helen held the title of Chief Officer at CVS South Gloucestershire from January 2010 to January 2020, and was the Chief Executive Officer at North Yorkshire Forum for Voluntary Organisations from January 2008 to January 2010.
