Jen Jones

Jen Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of education and inclusion, currently serving as the EHCP Service Deputy Manager at Gloucestershire County Council since July 2023, after six months as interim in the same role. Prior to this, Jen held various leadership positions at Swindon Borough Council from July 2019 to July 2023, including managing EET and Supported Employment Services and serving as Employment and Skills Manager. Jen's earlier roles include Head of Learning and Skills Development Service at Wiltshire College, Inclusion Manager at Nova Hreod College, and Safeguarding & Inclusion Officer at Oxford & Cherwell Valley College. With a solid educational background, including an Advanced Certificate in Inclusion & SEN from the University of Birmingham, Jen has a proven track record of improving educational outcomes and fostering inclusive practices throughout a career spanning over two decades.
