Mandy Quayle

Mandy Quayle is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People and Digital Services at Gloucestershire County Council since May 2017, Mandy has previously held various senior HR roles, including Assistant Director for HR Services and Head of HR at Birmingham City Council, where responsibilities included workforce strategy development and high-quality HR service delivery. With a strong background in organizational development, Mandy has successfully led significant change initiatives, such as the implementation of new HR models and SAP HR solutions. Mandy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Birmingham City University and an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Brunel University London.
