Suzanne Salter

Suzanne Salter (MSc CIPD) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Professional Lead (Pay & Reward) at Gloucestershire County Council since August 2016, Suzanne has also held positions as HR Advisor and HR Administrator. Prior experience includes HR Advisor at Hartpury College from April 2011 to July 2016, HR Administrator at the Commission for Rural Communities from August 2009 to March 2011, and HR Administrator at Travelscope from September 2007 to January 2008. Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Gloucestershire.
