Alexander Boltrukevich

Alexander Boltrukevich is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing and optimizing operational strategies within dynamic environments. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Glovo since April 2021, Alexander drives continuous improvement initiatives and oversees the Supply Operations and Partner Operation teams in Kyrgyzstan. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Senior Operations Specialist at Glovo, where responsibilities encompassed metrics ownership, team leadership, and operational excellence. Additionally, Alexander is the CEO and Chief Editor of Tempting.Pro, managing product development and analytics. Previous experience includes project management at LLC «FOREVER» and serving as a Director's Assistant at Alfa-Ride, where skills in quality control and documentation were developed. Alexander holds a degree in Innovation Management from Belarusian National Technical University.
