Dillon Field

Dillon Field has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as a Post-Production Assistant at MC Filmworks in 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to a Server role at Joey's Cafe and held the position until 2014. At The Equinox Group, they worked as an Assistant to the President & Creative Director from 2014 to 2017.

In 2017, Dillon joined Digital Media Management as a Social Media Coordinator and later advanced to the role of Jr. Digital Manager in 2018. They continued to grow within the company, becoming a Digital Manager in 2019 and then a Lead Social Media Manager in 2021.

Currently, Dillon is employed at GLOW Social & Digital Agency as a Senior Social Media Manager, a position they started in January 2022.

Dillon Field attended Pepperdine University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies.
