Hasnain Ali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hasnain is currently employed at Glow as a BizOps Specialist, where they work with the leadership team to make strategic decisions, manage operations, and plan for growth. Hasnain ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards and maintains professionalism while handling sensitive information and stakeholder interactions.

Before joining Glow, Hasnain worked as an Ops Specialist at Glow, where they implemented automation processes and improved efficiency by reducing the time needed for certificate generation. Hasnain also enhanced team performance by refining and documenting standard operating procedures.

Prior to their role at Glow, Hasnain served as a Business Manager at HMI Ventures. Hasnain conducted training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills, resulting in higher customer retention. Hasnain also identified and pursued new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and managed cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Hasnain also worked as an Operations Consultant at NY Foods, where they collaborated with the executive team to develop a growth strategy and provided ongoing support and guidance.

Hasnain gained entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CEO of Eat Foods, where they successfully established a startup and created revenue streams in the B2C and B2B sectors. Hasnain Ali completed their High School education in the field of Pre-Engineering at Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, Karachi from the year 2010 to 2012. Hasnain then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Institute of Business Management from 2012 to 2016.
