Samad Wahedi

Samad Wahedi is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with a diverse background in founding and leading innovative companies. As Founder and CEO of Glow since 2018, Samad is focused on transforming the insurance industry to enhance protection for individuals. Previously, Samad founded Snapflow, a cloud-based platform for developing enterprise mobile applications, and DirectQuality, a software outsourcing company that was sold in 2007. Samad's earlier roles include VP of Software Services at Velosel, where over $40 million in venture capital was raised before the company was sold to TIBCO, and VP of Software Services & QA at InsWeb, which went public as an online auto-insurance marketplace. Samad started the career as Director of Software & QA at Live365 and as a Software Engineer at Corillian, contributing to early-stage technology developments in online radio and internet-based financial services, respectively.
