Cynthia Bou Raad

Cynthia Bou Raad is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as VP of Marketing at Winky Lux since June 2025, Cynthia previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing for Fenty Hair at Kendo Brands, Inc. from January 2024 to May 2025, and Senior Director of Marketing at Verb Products from June 2021 to December 2023.
