Michael Baker BSc Jnt Hons, MSc, ProfGCE is an experienced operations manager and aquaculture consultant with a strong background in both event management and fisheries education. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Glow Events since March 2020, Michael provides leadership in operational strategy and compliance while developing venue schedules for events. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Aquaculture Consultant at Aquatiz Consultancy Ltd. specializing in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems, and held operations manager positions at Idyllic Events and The Farriers Arms. Additionally, Michael served as a Lecturer in Fisheries at Hadlow College and managed award-winning establishments such as The Jolly Farmers Deli-Pub & Restaurant. Michael holds a Master of Science in Shellfish Biology from Bangor University and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University.
