Charles Schmitt

Charles Schmitt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charles is currently working as the Head of Product at Glow Labs since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Memo Bank from November 2021 to February 2023. Charles briefly worked as an Investor at Replit in January 2022. Charles also has experience as the Co-Founder & CEO of Social Objects from January 2017 to April 2021. In addition, they served as a Lecturer for Product Management at MyDigitalSchool, where they created MBA courses and trained over 60 MBA students from January 2019 to December 2020. Charles worked as a Senior Product Manager at Synthesio from August 2014 to May 2016. Before that, they were a Product Consultant at UX Research from June 2013 to August 2014, where they provided UX consulting services and designed custom applications for various clients. Charles co-founded and served as CEO of Dweendle from June 2011 to June 2013. Their earliest role was as a Product Manager at Valeo from July 2007 to July 2008, where they developed internal software for contract management.

Charles Schmitt has a diverse education history. In 2005, they enrolled at ESCE International Business School and completed their Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance in 2009. Following that, in 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategy at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they completed in 2011. Currently, they are attending INSEAD and is expected to complete their degree in Blockchain revolution, specializing in Web3 by 2022.
