Kosta Karantzoulis

Kosta Karantzoulis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fintech, securitization, and accounting. As the CFO and Co-Founder of Glow Services Corp since September 2016, Kosta has contributed to developing strategic PaaS and Embedded Finance solutions targeting Consumer Electronics OEMs and Telecoms. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of North America at Citi, where Kosta spearheaded the creation of significant securitization structures, and holding an associate position within the Global Securitization Group at RBC Capital Markets. Kosta's early career included roles in asset-based lending and audit management at RBC and Crowe Soberman, respectively. Kosta holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Accounting and Finance from York University.
