Charlotte van der Heide

Charlotte (Lottie) Van der Heide is a Junior E-Commerce Sales & Launch Manager at Glow25 since September 2024. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as a UPS Technical Support Agent and IT Help Desk Technician from April 2023 to June 2024, handling over 1,000 calls with high customer satisfaction. As Vice Chair and Social Media Marketer for the International Women's Club Budapest from December 2022 to June 2024, Charlotte organized monthly meetings to support ex-pat women’s integration in the city. Previous experience includes serving as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Straq.io, focusing on B2B web hosting services, and as a Social Media Manager at CYCLE, promoting eco-friendly cleaning products. Charlotte holds a BSC in Commerce and Marketing from Budapest Metropolitan University, completed in July 2022.
