Andrew Lawlor

Andrew Lawlor has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew began their career in 2010 at FRITO LAY as a Maintenance Manager. In 2011, they joined Robert Bosch GmbH as an Industrial Engineer. Andrew then worked at BorgWarner Inc. from 2014 to 2022, taking on increasing responsibilities in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Continuous Improvement Leadership, and eventually becoming the Head of Operational Excellence. Currently, Lawlor is the Head of the Program Management Office at Glowforge, where they are responsible for new program launches, engineering change management, manufacturing software and test, as well as driving operational excellence.

Andrew Lawlor received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Andrew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Corporate Finance at Syracuse University from 2015 to 2017.
