Mônica Bulgari has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Social Media Analyst for the Municipal Government of São Paulo. Mônica was responsible for managing the Facebook and Twitter accounts, broadcasting coverage of municipal events, and responding to citizen inquiries. In 2016, they worked as a Content Editor and Translator for the Secretaria Municipal de Cultura and also served as a Guest Speaker for Social Media Week.

In 2017, Mônica continued their speaking engagements, this time for Resultados Digitais and Social Media Week. Mônica also worked as a Project Manager and Copywriter for Funeel - Marketing B2B.
