Jim Cavale has a long history of working in various roles in the sports and tech industries. In 2005, they were the Director of Broadcasting for the Gulf South Conference, where they and Commissioner Nate Salant innovated the NCAA Division II arena with the first conference-owned television package. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of Eporro, LLC - NextSpex.com, which equips high school athletes with the ability to create a student-athlete profile that can be used to market themselves to college coaches. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder & Chairman of GLOW, an app that allows women to book beauty services with experienced professionals. That same year, they were also an Entrepreneur In Residence at Innovation Depot. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of INFLCR, an app that more than 100,000 athlete users from over 4,000 NCAA Division I college teams access on a daily basis. In 2020, they became the Chief Innovation Officer of Teamworks, leading their digital transformation of elite athletics. Finally, in 2010, they were the President of Iron Tribe Fitness, where they sold their ownership and stepped down in 2016.
Jim Cavale attended Ithaca College from 2000 to 2002, studying Journalism. Jim then transferred to the University of Montevallo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism in 2005.
