Karen Xu

Karen Xu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at GLP since September 2020, Karen oversees HR functions for a $100 million revenue business unit comprising 300 employees. Prior to this role, Karen was a Senior HR Business Partner at GE AVIC Civil Avionics Systems and held several HR positions at GE, including Compensation and Benefits Manager and Human Resources Manager. Karen began a career in HR with roles at 3M China and Alcatel Suzhou Telecommunication Co., demonstrating expertise in staffing, training, organizational development, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and participation in GE's prestigious HR Leadership Program.
