Carola de Bont

Carola de Bont currently serves as the HR Country and Business Lead for Oncology at Galapagos, focusing on building the organization to deliver innovative Oncology solutions. Prior to this role, Carola held significant positions at Nestlé from June 2013 to October 2023, including Head of People Experience BeNeLux and Head of HR Netherlands, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy, talent management, and employee experience.
