Charlotte Maisonneuve-Serra, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in cellular therapy and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Quality Assurance at Galapagos, Charlotte has previously held senior roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories, where responsibilities included Head of Global Quality for International Sites. Additional roles include Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at PROGASTRIN and Cord Blood Biobank Director at Future Health Biobank. Charlotte actively contributes to the RAPS Switzerland Chapter as Vice President and committee volunteer. Academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology of Cancer and Infection from EPFL and a Business Chinese Class Level 1 from Beijing Language and Culture University.
