Cristina Voudouri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cristina started their career as a Travel Agent at MGM while still in high school, learning valuable customer service skills. Cristina then worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Chesterfield Ltd, where they gained experience in executive support and managing high-profile clientele. Cristina then transitioned to the localization field, working as a Localization QA Manager for It's All Greek to Us (freelance) and later as a Localization QA Project Manager at Loyalty Cards TS Rewards SA. Cristina also worked as a Translator/Editor, collaborating with various companies and leading work-teams for translation-related tasks. Following their passion for digital learning, they became a Digital Learning Project Manager at Edizioni Edilingua, where they managed the development of an in-house learning management system, educational eBooks, and games. Cristina then moved to the pharmaceutical industry, working at Intramed Pharma Ltd as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they played a key role in transitioning the company towards a more modern profile and improving employee development. Currently, they are employed at Galapagos as a Talent & Development Lead and previously worked as a Change Management Ambassador and a Senior Management Assistant in R&D. In their roles at Galapagos, they were involved in various responsibilities, including training and development, process improvement, and ambassadorship for new tools and technologies. Throughout their career, Cristina has demonstrated strong project management, training, and communication skills.

Cristina Voudouri completed their Diploma of Education in Organisational Learning and Development from CIPD Qualifications, with a focus on Level 5 Associate Diploma. Cristina pursued a Master's degree in Literary Translation (English<>Greek) from EKEMEL, the European Centre for the Translation of Literature and the Human Sciences. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Business, specializing in Managerial Support to Executives, from European Model private school. Cristina also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. Cristina completed their high school education at the 16th Gymnasium & Lyceum of Athens. Additionally, they have constantly attended various MOOCs, seminars, workshops from platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, edX, OpenClassrooms, LinkedIn, and Hubspot.
