Renato Panza

Renato Panza has extensive work experience in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, automation, and digital strategy. Renato most recently worked as the Digital Strategy Director at Galapagos since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head System Support and Compliance at Roche from August 2020 to April 2021. Renato also held various roles at Novartis, including Global eCompliance and Digital Lead from January 2019 to August 2020, and Global eCompliance Lead Commercial IT & G&SF from February 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Novartis, Renato worked at Datalynx AG, where they served as the Head Governance, Risk and Compliance from January 2016 to January 2017. Renato also held roles as the Head Business Services from June 2010 to January 2017 and as an IT Quality Manager from February 2009 to August 2010.

Renato served as the CEO of adviselynx AG from October 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an IS Compliance Specialist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from November 2007 to February 2009, and as the QA Systems Quality Manager at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals from May 2002 to October 2007.

Earlier in their career, Renato worked as a Computer Validation Officer at Rockwell Automation and Schering in 2001. Renato also served as a Chemical Researcher at Prassis - Sigma Tau from 1999 to 2000.

Renato Panza obtained a Master's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano, completing their studies between 1993 and 1999. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Digital Transformation from Coursera in June 2020, and in Risk Management from ISACA (obtained month and year not provided).
