Jeff J. has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology and operations. Jeff started their career in 1999 as a Computer Technician at A1 Computers, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner of The Great Canadian Bagel Ltd. Jeff ran the business successfully for six years until 2008.
Afterward, Jeff joined The Computer Shoppe in 2005 as a Technician and gradually worked their way up to Assistant Manager and then Manager. Jeff held the managerial position from 2009 to 2012.
In 2012, Jeff joined Purolator as an Operations Technologist and also served as a Lead Hand Project Manager. Jeff then became the Lead Operations Technologist for Central Canada before transitioning to the role of Operations Technology Specialist until 2017.
Currently, Jeff is employed at GLS Canada, where they initially worked as the Manager of Operations Technology. Jeff has held this position from 2017 until April 2021. After that, they assumed the role of Director, Mobile Technology and Application Support, which they currently hold.
Overall, Jeff J. has accumulated significant experience in technology management and operations throughout their career, demonstrating their expertise in these areas.
Jeff J. is currently pursuing a two-year Computer Programming degree at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, it is known that Jeff J. studied Technical Writing at Humber College. Additionally, Jeff J. has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2022.
