Pierre Paquette has extensive experience in information technology and customer solutions, currently serving as the Information Technology Manager for Customer Solutions at GLS Canada since July 2019. Prior to this role, Pierre held various positions at Dicom Transportation Group since April 2008, including Customer Integration Lead and Technical Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting reweigh equipment, telematics, WiFi installations, and customer shipping systems. Pierre began their career as an IT Technician, providing on-site customer assistance and managing IT projects. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Operator at Pixcom Inc from December 2006 to March 2012. Pierre holds a Collegial degree in Information Technology from the Collège d'administration et d'informatique de l'Ouest de l'Île and is currently pursuing further education at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
