Irene Vizoso Raya is an experienced professional in project and customer experience management, currently serving as Cx Project Manager and National Central Sales Engineering at GLS Spain since November 2016. Irene's responsibilities include managing and interpreting customer Ecommerce requirements and daily monitoring of client KPIs. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer, where similar responsibilities were held, and as Ingeniera de Costes in the Desarrollo de Negocio area, focusing on identifying and creating growth opportunities. Prior to GLS, Irene worked at ASM Transporte Urgente, S.A. as Ingeniería de Costes in the Strategy Department, contributing to process innovation and P&L reporting, and also as a Becaria in the same department, where implementation of the SGMA environmental management system and ISO14001 certification were key tasks. Irene holds a Master's degree in Customer Experience Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
