Will MacDonald

Will MacDonald is an accomplished professional in architectural engineering and facade consultancy. Currently serving as Director at GL&SS Glass Light and Special Structures since September 2020, Will brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Regional Director and Director at AECOM, where responsibilities included overseeing facade projects. As Head of Facades at AECOM (incorporating Davis Langdon), Will demonstrated expertise in the field. Prior experience also includes serving as Technical Director at Inhabit Group, a consultancy specializing in facade and external access systems, and as Senior Facade Engineer at Lend Lease, contributing to the Olympic Village project. Will holds an MSc in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Environmental Design from the University of Bath, awarded between 2008 and 2010.
