Arvid Michalik has extensive experience in project management and production, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Glud & Marstrand A/S since January 2006. In this role, Arvid has also held positions as Technical Supervisor and Production Manager. Prior to this, Arvid worked at Dalum Papir A/S from 1997 to 2005, where the role of Maintenance Manager was undertaken. Arvid's educational background includes a degree in Udvidet Maskinmester from Esbjerg Maskinmesterskole, completed between 1981 and 1983.
