Mahafuz Aveek

Mahafuz Aveek has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mahafuz started their career as a freelancer at webjack, where they worked on web page design, web application development, and project management from February 2009 to December 2010. Mahafuz then worked as a Software Developer at jhoroTEK from March 2011 to February 2012. Following that, they joined Zurity (pvt.) Limited as a Senior Executive Officer (System Engineer) from March 2012 to August 2012. Mahafuz then worked at NovoTel-bd.com as an Assistant Software Engineer from September 2012 to August 2013, where they were involved in telco billing software development and server maintenance. Mahafuz then joined Eucalyptus Systems Inc. as a Cloud Solution Engineer from August 2013 to September 2014. After that, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Cloud Solution Consultant III from October 2014 to September 2015, where they gained expertise in building Linux/Windows server infrastructure and configuration, technology consulting, and enterprise architecture. Currently, Mahafuz Aveek is working at Gluu, Inc. as a Technical Solutions Engineer since January 2016.

Mahafuz Aveek completed their Master's of Computer Science, MSc. in CS, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science, at Jahangirnagar University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering from Brac Bishwabidyalaya, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Before pursuing their undergraduate degree, Mahafuz Aveek obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C) in Science from Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Mahafuz Aveek obtained certifications to further enhance their skills. In 2013, they received the RHCE certification from RedHat, and in 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
