Anna-Janina Behrens is a seasoned professional in the field of biochemistry and analytics, currently serving as Principal Scientist Analytics and Group Leader Analytics at GlycoEra AG since January 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager and Scientist at LimmaTech Biologics AG, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at New England Biolabs, focusing on (glyco)proteomics and biomarker discovery. Anna-Janina completed a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, where research centered on the fine structure of the HIV-1 glycan shield. Earlier academic achievements include a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Münster and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Life Science from Universität zu Lübeck.
