Rachel Henderson

Rachel Henderson has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Metamor Worldwide from 1998 to 2000. Rachel then worked as a Franchise Recruitment Consultant at Carewatch Care Services Ltd for the year 2000. In 2001, they became the Business Owner of Stride Recruitment for a couple of years. Following that, they joined W@rn Theatre Company as a Freelance Production Manager and Marketing professional from 2003 to 2004. Rachel's longest role was at Glyndebourne, where they worked as a Membership Coordinator from 2004 to 2007, then as a Membership Manager from 2007 to 2015, and finally as the Head of Membership from 2015 to the present.

Rachel Henderson attended King Alfred's Winchester from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a BA Hons degree in Drama, Theatre, and Television.
