Sophie Brown

Sophie Brown is an experienced scenic artist with over a decade of expertise, currently serving as the Resident Scenic Artist at Glyndebourne Productions Limited since February 2012. Notable projects include painting scenic elements for productions such as *The Merry Widow*, *Die Zauberflote*, and *Tristan & Isolda*. Additionally, Sophie has worked with various companies including Miraculous Engineering Limited and Howard Eaton SL, contributing to projects like *Edward Scissorhands* and *King Lear*. With a strong educational background, including a PGCE in Teaching Scenic Art from Brighton MET and a Theatre Design degree from Nottingham Trent University, Sophie combines artistic talent with pedagogical experience, having taught at Hurtwood House.
