Laia Cortés Serra

Laia Cortés Serra is currently working as a Pedagogical Advisor for the program Tienes Talento at the "la Caixa" Banking Foundation. In addition, Laia holds the position of Chief Emotional Officer at The Good Group. Laia is also a Professor in Management Skills and Communication at Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya and UManresa-Fundació Universitària del Bages (FUB). Laia is a Professor in Leadership Skills at the Diputació de Barcelona, GM Integra RRHH, and Institut de Formació Contínua IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Laia is also a Teacher in Leadership Skills and team management at Coaching 4 Results and Foment Formació. Laia has a background in Pedagogy and has pursued further qualifications in Programación Neurolinguística, Executive Coaching, and Neuroliderazgo.
