Mary Phillips is a seasoned professional in the field of philanthropy with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Advisor and President at GMA Foundations since February 2007, Mary also held the position of Steering Committee Chair for the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers from April 2017 to January 2021. Mary's previous roles include serving as a board member for Philanthropy Massachusetts from 2002 to 2013 and Committee Chair for NNCG from 2007 to 2009. From 1996 to 2009, Mary worked as the Boston Program Officer at the Charles Hayden Foundation and served as Vice President and Partner at Grants Management Associates from 1982 to 2008. Mary Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Emerson College and a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from Regis College.
