Vikshit Shetty

Vikshit Shetty is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Support Operations at GMass since April 2022, Vikshit previously held various positions at Directi from September 2020 to April 2022, including Product Team Lead, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineer, where responsibilities included creating web applications and automating processes, as well as bug fixing and feature documentation. Prior to that, Vikshit worked as a Web Solution Specialist at Endurance International Group from November 2018 to January 2020, focusing on resolving Domain Name Server issues and hosting-related challenges in both Linux and Windows environments. Vikshit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universal College of Engineering, completed in 2018.
