Dina Railean has a diverse range of work experience. Dina started in 2008 as the CEO of Express Language Solutions Ltd, a company that provides interpreting and translating services in over 150 languages. In 2015, they became involved with the Greater Manchester Chamber, taking on roles such as Salford President, Assembly Member, and Salford Business Network Member. Dina also joined the Chartered Insurance Institute as a Council Member and Development Committee Member. In 2018, Dina began a new venture as the Chief Designer & Maker at Bespoke Gift Ideas, where they create handmade vegan gifts. Dina also holds various committee positions in organizations such as the Manchester Claims Association, Manchester Liability Society, and the Liverpool and Sefton Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, they are actively involved in the Moldovan Diaspora (UK) and VATRA- Moldovan - British Association for Culture & Development, organizing cultural events and festivals. Most recently, Dina has taken on the role of Regional Treasurer for the Black Solicitors Network.

Dina Railean has a diverse educational background. Dina holds a BA(Hons) degree in Modern Foreign Languages (English and French) from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, Dina completed an MA (Econ) in International Relations from The University of Manchester between 1999 and 2001. Dina further pursued their education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from 2000 to 2002. In 2009, Dina attended the LEAD programme at University of Salford - Salford Business School to study Business.
