Robert Fritz

Robert Fritz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2010, they worked as a Farm Tech at Henderson Family Farms, where they focused on completing projects efficiently and reorganizing the shop and tool shed for improved productivity.

In 2011, Robert became a Restaurant/Bar Manager at Moreland's Catfish Patch & Steakhouse. Robert successfully managed a team of 19 employees, prioritized customer service and efficiency, and contributed to an 81% increase in sales revenue.

Returning to Henderson Family Farms in 2012, Robert held the role of Farm Tech once again, showcasing their continued commitment to agricultural work.

Since 2013, Robert has been working at GME Supply in various roles. Robert started as a Customer Relations Specialist, demonstrating their strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Robert then progressed to Purchasing Manager and Director of Procurement, where they showcased their expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Currently, Robert serves as the Director of Operations at GME Supply, overseeing operations and ensuring operational excellence. Their extensive experience in different roles demonstrates their versatility, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.

Robert Fritz attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following that, from 2019 to 2021, they enrolled at Texas A&M University and completed a Master of Industrial Distribution, specializing in Industrial Distribution.
