Prior to this role, Chad held positions as Attorney At Law and Company Secretary at Richards Bay Alloys (Pty) Ltd, and as Legal Counsel at Richards Bay Alloys from January 2018 to May 2022. Additionally, Chad was the Head of the Legal Department at Sefateng Chrome Valley Development during the same period.
