Rosemary Phillips

Rosemary Phillips, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPSP™ has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and consulting. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at GMH Associates. Prior to this role, Rosemary worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Johns Hopkins University and ran their own independent consulting business. Rosemary also held positions including Interim HR Director at The Sheridan Group and Senior VP HR at Balfour Beatty Investments. Their diverse background also includes roles at GMH Associates, Cenveo, ARAMARK, The Big Party, and The Docker Group. With expertise in areas such as talent management, change management, and workforce management, Rosemary has a comprehensive understanding of the human resources field.

Rosemary Phillips has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Green Mountain College, obtained from 1978 to 1982. Rosemary also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Villanova University, obtained in 2006. Additionally, Rosemary has obtained several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2016, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015. Rosemary also holds the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America, obtained in 2023.
