Jessica Sharp has extensive work experience at GMHBA Limited. Jessica started in 2006 as an HR Manager/Change Manager and held this role for over 10 years until 2017. In 2017, they returned to GMHBA Limited as the Head of Organizational Development. Prior to this, they had roles as a Leadership, Culture and Capability Lead, Change Consultant, Talent Acquisition Manager, and People & Culture Projects Manager.

Jessica Sharp has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Victoria University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree, which they completed in 2001. In 2013, they obtained Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management. The following year, in 2014, they received their Change Management Certification from Prosci Global Affiliate. Additionally, in September 2019, Jessica acquired certification in HBDI from Herrmann.
